Please inform the member of staff that your payment method will be a Gift Voucher when booking your appointment (if choosing to redeem it), as well as which staff member you would like to book your treatment with. Your voucher will be used as a deposit appropriately (please see our policies on deposits). This gift voucher is not exchangeable for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
