As I’m sure most of you will know, Wednesday November 4th will be our last working day until hopefully December 2nd - all appointments in between then will be cancelled. As the processes we had during the first lockdown worked really well, these will still be in place. This means that when we are able to re-open, those clients who had appointments booked but cancelled within the 4 week lockdown will be booked back in first and thereafter, anyone wishing to make a new appointment/booking can. For anyone with an appointment from December 2nd onwards, your appointments will still be booked in.
As I am open until Wednesday, any clients wishing to move their appointment sooner, please do let me know. Any clients wishing to book in a treatment before lockdown, please also get in touch. Please note that for ease of time and to allow us to cater to our clients, all lash treatments, brow waxes, brow and lash tints will all be carried out by Zoe and can be booked for Tuesday or Wednesday. With this in mind, ANY clients that are displaying any symptoms, have been in contact with anyone displaying symptoms, have tested positive or are awaiting results - PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT. Please get in touch to cancel and reschedule.
I am so incredibly sorry to all clients for the frustrations of having to do this again but it is in everyone’s best interest. To any of our clients that are nurses, grocery store workers, delivery drivers, post men/women and so on, I hope these 4 weeks are no where near as difficult as the original lockdown.
I will still be available to contact via email or social media, so for anyone needing any beauty related advise, wanting to purchase any products (as all products will still be available to purchase) or even if you simply just want to have a chat, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
