STRICT NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY

To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking in advance to ensure you get an appointment time that is right for you.

Should you need to change your appointment, we require at least 72 hours notice. Just call or e-mail to let us know if you are unable to attend. If we are closed, please email us as these will be picked up and your email will be date and time stamped.

Deposits

For all appointments we will be taking a 50% non-refundable deposit. 72 hours notice must be given to change or amend appointments. Please note, all cancellations are fully non-refundable. If cancelled with more than 72 hours notice, your deposit can be transferred to your re-booked appointment.

Late Arrivals

We understand that life is hectic and you may not always be able to get here on time, however, due to our new policies and strict cleaning processes between appointments, should you fail to arrive on time to your appointment you may have to re-book your appointment. In such cases, this will be classed as a last minute cancellation and your deposit will not be refunded or transferred to your next appointment. You will have to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to book your next appointment.

‘Black Listed’

Should you fail to attend your appointment or cancel last minute more than twice, your details will be flagged as a ‘regular no show or cancellation’ and you will be ‘black listed’. Black listed clients cannot book online and will be required to pay for their treatment(s) in full for any future appointments up front - this is non-refundable.
